Pricing

Premium dedicated regional reefer dispatch — built around standards, not volume.

Pricing

This is not “load booking.” We enforce minimum RPM, control appointments & detention, vet brokers before booking, and run weekly performance reviews. No contracts. Start with a 14-day trial.

Industry reality: dedicated dispatch programs typically run $750–$1,200 per truck/month when done correctly.

No obligation. We take the risk first — you decide after 14 days.

What’s included (the “premium” part)

Our pricing reflects the work required to protect RPM and keep operations calm. If you want “any load at any rate,” this won’t fit — and that’s intentional.

RPM discipline

We enforce your floor and won’t book below it.

Appointment control

Verified scheduling + proactive communication to reduce chaos.

Detention capture

Timestamps, documentation, and fast submission — consistently.

Broker vetting

We cut risky brokers before they cost you time and money.

Weekly review

Scorecard + next moves. Not vague check-ins.

Regional specialization

We don’t dispatch nationally. We specialize in repeat reefer corridors.

Choose the right dispatch model

Most fleets pick the middle option once they understand the tradeoffs. That’s by design.

Basic Dispatch
Not offered

Load booking only — reactive, broker-heavy, minimal control.

  • Books what’s posted
  • No RPM enforcement
  • Detention often missed
  • Low accountability
Good for: volume chasers (not our model)
OTR / National Dispatch
Not offered

High volume, more variables, less control. Not aligned with our model.

  • More deadhead variability
  • More broker exposure
  • More appointment risk
  • Harder weekly predictability
Good for: large dispatch floors (not premium control)

The cost of “reactive dispatch”

Most fleets don’t lose money because they “can’t find freight.” They lose money because operations are unmanaged.

Hidden profit leaks

  • Detention not submitted or paid
  • Appointment misses and reschedules
  • Cheap freight booked “to stay moving”
  • Deadhead caused by random lanes
  • Risky brokers and last-minute changes

What changes with standards

  • RPM floor enforced (discipline)
  • Cleaner lane selection (repeatability)
  • Better broker relationships (less friction)
  • Detention capture (accountability)
  • Weekly review (visibility)

FAQ

Do you have contracts?

No. Start with a 14-day trial. Continue only if the standards fit your operation.

What fleets do you accept?

Owner-operators and small fleets running 1–5 reefer trucks. Most fleets won’t qualify — intentionally.

Do you dispatch nationally or OTR?

No. We specialize in regional reefer corridors to maintain control and repeat freight.

Can you work with my RPM floor?

Yes — if you will enforce it. We don’t book below your floor.

How do you handle detention?

We track timestamps, collect documentation, and submit consistently. This is part of the system.

Don’t keep guessing week to week.

We limit onboarding to a small number of fleets per region to maintain appointment control and responsiveness.
